Can’t log in, or using a guest account?

You can describe an inaccessible account in a request. Use the player ID from an earlier screenshot or receipt-related correspondence if you have it; otherwise state that it is unavailable and ask which identification the operator needs. Do not invent an ID or create another profile to delete the old one.

The request must identify the game account, not just your Facebook or Google sign-in. The cancellation terms and privacy policy describe related but distinct account-closure and personal-data processes.

A Deletion Request You Can Adapt

Use the following as a template, replacing the bracketed fields. It is a request, not an assertion that deletion has already happened.

Subject: Teen Patti Gold account deletion request — [Player ID]

Hello Support,

I would like to close my Teen Patti Gold account and request deletion of the associated personal data where applicable.

Player ID: [ID, if available] Profile name: [name] Login method: [guest or linked method] Device and app version: [details] Country of residence: [country]

Please confirm the steps required to verify this request, the expected processing period, and how I will receive confirmation. If some information must be retained, please explain the categories, reason, and retention period or criteria.

I have [no pending support issue / an open issue under reference …]. Please explain whether that affects processing.

Thank you.

Send only accurate information. If you do not know a field, say so instead of inventing it. Never include an OTP, account password, card security code, or UPI PIN.

Before submitting a request, save your player ID and any records you may need for an unresolved purchase or support issue. Then state clearly that you want account closure and deletion of associated personal data where applicable. Keep the acknowledgement and ask how completion will be confirmed.

This guide is for Moonfrog’s Teen Patti Gold product. It does not claim that a particular button sequence has been tested on every version, and it cannot submit or complete a deletion on your behalf.

Account Deletion, Uninstallation, and Logout Are Different

Action What it generally does What it does not establish
Log out Ends access through the current session Account closure or data deletion
Uninstall the app Removes the local application Removal of the operator’s server records
Clear app data Removes local app information A completed privacy request
Disconnect a social login Changes an external account connection Deletion of all previously collected game data
Request account deletion Starts the operator’s closure or privacy process Immediate removal of every record everywhere

These distinctions help avoid a common mistake: deleting the app first, losing an easy way to identify a guest profile, and later struggling to explain which account should be closed.

You may still choose to stop playing immediately. Preserving a few necessary records does not require continuing to use the game or buying anything.

Separate symbols for removing an app, logging out and requesting account deletion.

Step 1: Identify the Account You Want Removed

Record the player ID displayed in your account, if available, along with the profile name and login method. Include the app version and whether you use Android or iPhone. These details help distinguish a game profile from a similarly named website account.

If you have changed phones, establish whether the profile on the new phone is the same one. A newly created guest account is not automatically the older profile you intended to remove. Do not send a request with a guessed ID.

If you can no longer sign in, explain that in the request and provide information you already have. Do not create another account simply to experiment with deletion. Ask support what identification is needed for the inaccessible profile.

Step 2: Save Only the Records You Need

Keep any pending support reference, relevant purchase receipt, and a screenshot of the player ID. You may also want a copy of the deletion acknowledgement for your own records.

There is no reason to collect other players’ private information or send your entire photo library to support. Crop screenshots to the relevant screen and redact unrelated notifications, payment details, and private messages.

If a purchase dispute is unresolved, mention it before closure and ask how the two processes will be handled. Do not assume account deletion automatically requests or guarantees a refund. Equally, do not keep playing to “use up” a balance if your aim is to stop.

Step 3: Check the App’s Account and Privacy Tools

Open the app’s settings, account information, help, or privacy area and look for the relevant account-management function. These are places to inspect, not a verified universal navigation path.

Moonfrog’s privacy policy asks users to use service-specific automated tools for access and deletion requests where available. If a deletion option appears, read the warning carefully before confirming. Check which account it identifies and whether it describes any additional verification. See the publisher’s privacy policy for the stated request framework.

Do not confuse notification controls with account deletion. Switching off promotional messages can be useful, but it is a different action. Likewise, withdrawing one permission on your phone does not remove data already held by the service.

Step 4: Use the Publisher’s Contact Route if Needed

Moonfrog’s terms list support@moonfroglabs.com for account cancellation. The game’s general contact page lists support@teenpattigold.com. Use the cancellation route for a closure request, or the current in-app channel to confirm the appropriate process if anything differs. The Moonfrog terms provide the cancellation contact.

For a privacy-policy enquiry, the reviewed policy identifies contact@moonfrog.com. Notice the different domain spelling: verify it against the policy rather than assuming all Moonfrog addresses are interchangeable.

You do not need to send the same message repeatedly to every address. Start with the relevant route and retain the resulting case reference. If you are redirected, keep that correspondence so the history remains clear.

Step 5: Complete Verification Carefully

The operator may need to verify that the request belongs to the account holder. Use the genuine in-app process or a contact route you have independently checked. Treat unexpected links or requests for remote device access with caution.

If a document is requested, ask why it is necessary and how to submit it securely. Do not send identity documents to a random WhatsApp number or an account-deletion agent found in a comment section.

Verification should help identify the correct account. It is not a reason to reveal secrets that would let another person sign in or authorize a payment. Pause if the request changes into paying a personal recipient to unlock deletion.

How Long Does Deletion Take?

The reviewed Moonfrog policy describes reasonable steps to delete data within thirty days of a request, subject to retention exceptions. Its terms separately mention a thirty-day implementation period for cancellation. Treat these as published process statements, not a guarantee that every record disappears exactly thirty days after any email is sent.

Ask whether the request has been accepted, whether verification is complete, and which date the operator uses for processing. If the period communicated to you passes, follow up in the existing thread with the request date and case number.

Do not repeatedly log in to test whether deletion has happened if the confirmation instructions tell you not to do so. Ask how to check status without interrupting the process.

What Data Might Remain?

The policy describes exceptions for retention required by law or legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute handling. Account closure therefore should not be described as a promise to erase every related item immediately.

Useful follow-up questions concern the categories retained, their purpose, the retention period or criteria, and whether access is restricted. Ask about backups if that matters to your request; do not assume they are either instantly erased or retained forever.

Separate organizations can also hold separate records. A payment provider, social-login provider, or your own email service is not the same database as the game operator. Closing the game account does not automatically delete your receipts or social-media account.

What Happens to Chips and Purchases?

Do not assume unused virtual chips become refundable cash when an account closes. Moonfrog’s terms state that closure does not entitle users to compensation for unused virtual items. Any particular purchase complaint should be handled through the relevant support or payment process rather than folded into an assumed cash-out request.

There is also no need to transfer chips to someone else before leaving. Avoid informal buyers and deliberate losing arrangements. If you want to stop, focus on closure and privacy, not extracting an imagined monetary value from the remaining balance.
